(Translated by Google) Pleasantly surprised by the service. I was in Gatineau last week, and since Uber wasn't available in the area, I had to order taxis from XTAXI HULL. A few observations:

1- When you call to order a taxi, there's usually no wait time, or very little.

2- Once you order a taxi by phone, you receive a message 1 to 5 minutes later with a link that allows you to track your order (tracking is quite similar to Uber).

3- Once the taxi arrives at your destination, you also receive an automated call notifying you of its arrival.

4- The phone service allows you to order a taxi from a previous order location (without having to speak to an agent).

5- I took more than 5 trips, and the service was consistent. Also, orders were placed in fairly busy areas of Hull between 7:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.; so you may have a different experience if it is for a late-night service or if you are a little further away.

BEST TAXI SERVICE IN GATINEAU! I've taken a lot of taxis and this one is the best there is. Dispatch is incredibly nice, they have safe and responsible drivers. Best part of all, no overpowering scents! Max I've had to wait is 10m and you're always greeted with a smile. Definitely my new go-to company!

Courteous, accommodating and and prompt service.
